What the service does
BuyerPrompt generates buyer-intent prompts related to your brand and runs them through third-party AI models to report how those models currently talk about your brand and competitors. AI model answers are inherently non-deterministic and change over time — the same prompt can produce a different answer on a different day. Reports reflect a sample of answers at a point in time, not a guaranteed or permanent ranking.
No guaranteed outcomes
The action plan we generate is a set of suggestions based on the data collected during your audit. We do not guarantee that following any recommendation will change how any AI model talks about your brand, and we are not responsible for business outcomes resulting from acting (or not acting) on a report.
Payments
The first audit for a given submission is free. The before/after re-run and full multi-engine comparison is a one-time paid upgrade, processed by Stripe. Prices are shown before you pay and are non-recurring — we do not store or charge your card again without a new purchase.
Refunds
If a paid re-run fails to complete due to a fault on our end and cannot be recovered, contact us for a refund. Outside of that, and once a paid re-run has completed successfully, purchases are final.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service to generate prompts or submissions intended to harass, defame, or spread misinformation about any person or organization. We may rate-limit or block submissions that abuse the service, including automated/bulk submissions beyond normal use.
Intellectual property
You retain rights to the brand information you submit. We retain rights to the software, prompts, and report formatting. You may use your generated report for your internal business purposes.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuyerPrompt is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits arising from use of the service. Our total liability for a paid purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.
No warranty
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We rely on third-party AI providers and search data providers whose availability, accuracy, and behavior we don't control.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
